Ashlyn’s body color is a cream white color with black and dark brown spots covering her body. Her tail is long and fluffy and the spots turn into rings around her tail. She always has her face set in a neutral. You can’t tell what she is thinking because she tries to hide her emotions. She has had so much practice in her five years of life she can hide anything. She is small for a snow leopard; only 60 pounds and 30 inches tall, almost 3 feet tall, and she is five feet long with her tail. Her eyes are blue, but they look grey in the light. Her eyes are also her most attention grabber since her eyes are outlined in black markings.

She likes having alone time to think, doesn’t say much but when she voices her opinion others listen to her. She doesn’t like it when people interrupt her; if you interrupt her she will use her dark eyes to stare the person down. If you show her respect you get respect, but don’t cross her. She doesn’t like being the center of attention so she avoids the possibility. She is not a fan of humans so she avoids them but doesn’t hide her hatred of them since they are the reason she is on this island. She is closest to the cat species on the island and considers them distant family. Whenever a cat is in trouble she is there to rescue them.

Ashlyn was in a zoo before she came to the island and was considered too violent with the zoo staff so she ended up in a shelter. The shelter did not believe in putting animals to sleep or even how to care for her so they sent her to the island and hoped she would adapt. Her hatred from humans was not just from the exiling to the island, it was because she was trapped in a cage for humans to snap picture of her and taunt her. On the island she hisses at them whenever they get too close to her. Usually she hides up in the trees and has her daily naps and does her own thing.

Ashlyn lay up in the trees lazily on a branch watching the other animals. She couldn’t bother with them; she was completely relaxed. She loved laying in the trees with the sun shining down on her thick coat. She loved the heat and couldn’t get enough of it ever, but she couldn’t take the amount of animals around her. Annoyed by them she stood up on the branch and stretched her legs and back. She shook her head as if to shake away the sight of the other animals from her head. She hunched down and prepared to leap to a lower branch beneath her.
Ashlyn took long leaps once she hit the ground heading for the mountains where she knew she could find a quiet spot to enjoy her nap; plus she likes the heat from the rocks when the sun rested on them. As she ran she did not pay attention to the animals around her, she just stared straight ahead playing her own game with the mountain. She played her own game where if she looked away the mountain would disappear making her run even faster.
