Age: 10
Gender: Stallion
Species: Equine

BODY,
Nekoda is what's commonly called a buttermilk Buckskin. He has a blaze and two socks, however his blaze is barely visible since the rest of his coat is such a pale creamy color. Scars mar his body from almost any angle you look. Some are from his early days with abusive trainers. Others are from more recent encounters with stallions who beat up on him. His eyes are the prettiest color that shows up on some buckskins, a faint, slightly golden brown.
MIND,

Nekoda is shy and awkward. He's clumsy, especially considering he's not that gangly to begin with. He has low self-esteem, feeling like no one could ever love him because of his looks and personality. He's very introverted and doesn't speak his feelings or opinions often. However, he is kind to the core and would lay down his life to protect someone he cared about. He longs for a beautiful companion and a place to call home, but the few times he's tried to stake his claim on a land other stallions have ran him off, so now he's dejected and worried most of the time.
SOUL.

Nekoda was born to a human family who treated him well as a foal. But then they sold him to someone who wanted to train him to compete in reining. Because he wasn't the brightest or most athletic fellow, he had a hard time understanding what they wanted from him and was considered stubborn, lazy, and untrainable. They went to extreme methods for his training, resorting to abusive methods, but all it did was make him more fearful and timid. They finally had to admit that he just wasn't built to be competitive and no amount of training would fix that. That's when they sent him to Gershom, at the age of 6. Since then he's roamed around, trying to avoid sticking around any other stallions because the few he's met have given him the nasty scars that trace his body. He's sick of constantly moving and really just wants to settle down on a small piece of land where he can live out his days unnoticed, without being a burden on anyone.
