We're looking for a couple of new staff members who will be active and dedicated to the site.
A MUST is that you are willing to advertise. It doesn't have to be majorly time consuming, but helping get ads out or finding affiliates will really help us out. Right now, more than anything, we need to keep our members active and even get new ones.
Another MUST is that you try to login everyday, within reason. A couple days here or there is fine, but overall it looks bad if our staff members are showing up as logged in within 24 hours at least most of the time. Active staff = active members!
You should be friendly, willing to chat a bit in the cbox, and willing to answer questions and help people out.
Lastly, you should have the best for LiE in mind and work towards helping make the site better by adding your ideas, input, etc.
A more specific job may be given to you as need arises, but for the moment, it's simply looking over bios, keeping a general eye on things, and replying to First Time ads with our ad. (Also need to start a name claim list.)
