TERRA ADVERSUS!
Terra Adversus, a small island nestled off the coast of Scottland, holds within it many dark secrets. Isolated from the rest of the world for many generations a strange bond has formed between the native-born wolves and horses of the island to the humans that inhabit it. With few strangers going out, compared to coming in, the secrets remain a mystery untold to the outside world. Now, after many generations of isolation, a young couple has decided to open parts of the island to the A.R.T. program of America, welcoming American and Scottish teens at risk of ruining their lives.
Now the castle-like mansions are opened as schools and dorms with the towns and cities supporting the new mouths that need to be fed. Wolves and horses are being born in an un-canny abundance. Yet something strange about the island goes unnoticed. No wolves, or horses, come or go from the island. Isolated for so long both species have evolved to the harsh island. A stocky-saddle horse is the bulk of the wild-herd population, resembling friesian crosses, these boldly marked, proud animals inhabit the South-west while the heavy-set, but fast, wolves inhabit the North-east.
It's up to the A.R.T. program and all the inhabitants of the island to save their home from an on-coming dark-age. Banding together is the only way, but differences are keeping the Northeast and Southwest from agreeing with each other, let alone working together. Where will you stand in the on-coming battle between bonded and un-bound?
